RETURNS

At this time, we are unable to accept returns or order cancelations. Due to the nature of our products, products may vary slightly. Please refer to our sizing chart and measure your pup before placing an order. If you need any help with sizing feel free to email us. Please note that all sales are final and no exceptions will be made. Ensure when checking out, your most recent address is provided. Note, WOOF & LUXE will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide! For domestic orders, our service provider is USPS first class mail. International orders are fulfilled via USPS First Class Mail International. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any additional shipping charges will be at the customer expense. WOOF AND LUXE is not responsible for paying custom or duty fees when shipping internationally. 

PROCESSING TIME

Our current processing time is 7-14 business days. Larger and custom orders are subject to an additional 3-5 business days processing time. You will receive an order/shipping confirmation email so you can track your pup's happy mail. Once a product is shipped, you can expect your package within 3-5 days for domestic shipping. WOOF AND LUXE is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
